Réal Goudreau

Réal started in insurance in 1982 as an employee for an insurance company. In 1992 he joined the Winner Lachance Ltd firm In Disraeli. He obtained his insurance broker title in 1997. He acquired and was the leader of the firm from 1998 to 2006 when he teamed with Assurancia Groupe Tardif to form Assurancia Groupe Tardif. Réal was responsible for the training and integration of new brokers between 2006 and 2012. During this period he was also responsible of technologies. Réal is a conscientious person, caring and professional.
