History
It was in 1950 that my great-grandfather, Louis Bolduc, founded the Saint-Victor-de-Beauce damage and life insurance company.
In 1967, my grandfather, Robert Boudreault, joined his stepfather (M. Bolduc) and formed Boluc & Boudreault enr. Following Mr Bolduc's retirement in 1974, Robert took over the firm and became the solde owner.
In 1968, he purchased a damage insurance firm located in Beauceville (belonging to Mr Henri-Louis Poulin). My father, Daniel Boudreault, was thhe manager afterwards. The new entity was named Boudreault, Poulin & Ass inc until 2008.
Daniel Bought the firm in 1984 and Mr Boudreault retired ten years later, in 1994.
In 2008, I made acquired of the firm and decided to rename the company Assurances Boudreault inc.
