History
It was in 1994 that Assurances Lucie Decelles inc. acquired Assurances Aimé Leduc ltée.. Over time, the company became Assurances Leduc Decelles and grew. In 2005, the firm bought Assurances Préfontaine and therefore expanded its business territory to cover the Valleyfield area also. In 2009, a branch was also opened in Chateauguay to provide aproximity service thanks toits customers.
Meanwhile, in 2008, Lucie Decelles, owner of the firm, partners with other firm ownersand together they form the assurancia banner.
