Whether your rental property is a house, condo or apartment, we offer a variety of rental property insurance policies:
- The All Risks package covers all risks except for the specified exclusions.
- Fire and related coverages include vandalism and other risks specified in the policy.
To be eligible for our rental property insurance, the property must be offered for residential rental only. Among other things, you must :
- own the insured property
- actively participate in home maintenance
